Payment Procedure

You can pay registration fee via bank transfer and online. This registration fee covers: Certificate of Participation, Conference Proceedings (Soft Copy) and other material, Lunch (Halal/Vegan), Refreshments and Membership of ARS.

Registration Policy:

• Registration fee is not refundable.
• ARS must receive the full registration fee, transaction charges will be borne by payer.
• If your paper is accepted either for presentation in the conference or publication in the conference proceedings, at least one author must attend the conference.
• If one author presents multiple papers, he/she will pay registration fee for each paper.
• In the case of multiple author attendance, each author must register and pay the conference registration fee.
• Whether attending partially or in full, all conference attendees must pay the registration fee in full.
• An official receipt for the conference registration fee will be provided by ARS officials on the first day of the conference upon receiving the payment.
• The registration fee does not cover your dinner and travelling/hotel/accommodation expenses.
